Ironton City Health Department maintains vital statistics records for Lawrence County, Ohio.  To request certified copies of birth and death certificates, please complete application and bring or mail to Ironton City Health Department. Cost is $25 for each copy requested. 

Important: the health department does not accept personal checks or credit cards.
