LCHD is currently giving 1st and 2nd doses of Covid vaccines to residents who are 6 months of age and older.  Booster doses are available for those residents who are 5 years of age and older, depending on when they received the last dose of their initial series.  Clinics are updated on the health department Facebook page as they are scheduled.  Unless otherwise specified, clinics are on a walk-in basis.  To save time, you may download the registration form to fill out and bring to the clinic.

All covid vaccines are free, but LCHD can bill insurance for an administration fee, so please bring your insurance card.  No one will be denied a vaccine if uninsured. 

 

If you are coming for a 2nd dose or booster dose, please bring your vaccine card.
