How to report a COVID-19 related complaint?

The link below is for reporting COVID-19 related complaints due to non-compliance of COVID-19 Public Health Orders in local businesses, stores, workplaces, health systems, long-term care facilities, day-cares, campgrounds, local events, and other operations located in Lawrence County, OH.   The Health Department will investigate complaints based upon the information reported by the complainant and the current public health orders in place by the Ohio Department of Health or Ohio Governor at the time of the complaint.
